Eco-Friendly Service Agreement

These terms govern the sustainable dry cleaning and eco-friendly garment care services provided by Eco-Green Cleaners. All garments are accepted for treatment at the customer's risk, and we recommend declaring high-value items for appropriate insurance coverage. Each garment is individually assessed and photographed before treatment, with any existing damage or stains documented. We use only biodegradable, non-toxic cleaning products and environmentally responsible processes. Processing times vary by service complexity but typically range from 2-5 days for standard eco-friendly cleaning services.

Green Cleaning Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our eco-friendly cleaning services and will re-clean garments that do not meet our high environmental and quality standards when notified within 7 days of collection. Our guarantee covers cleaning effectiveness using sustainable methods but does not extend to damage from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or garments requiring treatments incompatible with eco-friendly processes. Some stains may be permanent and cannot be guaranteed for complete removal using non-toxic methods. We provide honest assessments of what can be achieved through sustainable cleaning practices.

Environmental Responsibility

Eco-Green Cleaners maintains comprehensive environmental certifications and operates as a carbon-neutral business. We are committed to using only biodegradable, non-toxic cleaning agents and renewable energy sources. Our liability is limited to the declared value of garments or fair market value, whichever is lower. We are not responsible for damage to garments with undisclosed pre-existing conditions or natural aging of fabrics within industry standards. All waste is disposed of through certified environmental programs, and we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for garments in our care.

Sustainable Operations

Payment is due upon collection unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, major credit cards, and contactless payments. Garments not collected within 90 days may be donated to local charities as part of our sustainability commitment. Our carbon-neutral delivery service uses electric and hybrid vehicles. These terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be resolved through environmentally responsible mediation processes. Terms may be updated to reflect advances in sustainable cleaning technology and environmental regulations. We are committed to continuous improvement in our environmental practices.
